- Bank 131Head of Product Design (2026 – now)Experience:Founded the design team and established the foundations for product design, communication design, and UX research processes.
- XsollaDirector of the Product Design (2020 – 2026)Experience:Xsolla's video game business engine helps game developers and publishers operate more efficiently and sell more games.
- Led a international design team of 30+ people across junior, mid-level, senior, principal, and manager roles. Grew the team from 5 to 50 people at its peak, building the structure and capabilities needed to support the company’s evolving product ecosystem.
- Built and strengthened the company’s design culture through regular demos, presentations, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Managed the design team’s budget, covering hiring, contractor costs, tools and subscriptions, salary increases, overtime, and other operational expenses.
- Established a structured designer growth framework covering role assessments, 1:1s, design reviews, art direction, and promotion criteria.
- Led the full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing and screening to final hiring, conducting approximately 380 interviews across various design roles.
- Contributed to hiring leadership and building new functions within the company, including Communication Design, UX Writing, and UX Research.

- Led the redesign of the Funding business unit’s product ecosystem, including Game Investment Platform, Investor Account, Xsolla Funding Club, and Xsolla Connect. Reworked UX around new business requirements, conducted user research, and validated solutions with stakeholders. These products enabled emerging game developers to secure funding for their projects through Xsolla.
- Led the redesign of Xsolla Partner Network, a platform connecting influencers and gamers. Reframed the product experience and UX to support its expansion to new partners.
- Initiated the design of new products, including Xsolla Payouts, Xsolla Mall, Xsolla Overwolf, and B2C Babka, shaping their initial UX and product foundations.
- Designed core functionality for Xsolla In-Game Store, including bundles, attributes, catalog management, promotions, discounts, and coupons for game keys, items, and virtual currency. These solutions were later scaled across the Xsolla ecosystem and adopted by AAA partners including Sega, Take-Two, Ubisoft, Roblox, Team17, Nacon, and miHoYo.
- Designed the architecture and interaction logic for Xsolla’s customer support chat widget across B2B and B2C products. The solution reduced recurring costs associated with a third-party vendor and increased support CSAT by 10% among gamers and merchants.
- mottorProduct Designer (2018 – 2020)Experience:mottor (LPmotor) is the all-in-one platform for entrepreneurs to build and publish websites, run businesses and sell products online.
- Designed new core functionality for the website builder, including an Absolute Positioning mode that enabled users to freely move and edit website elements within the editor. Defined the complex interaction logic of the creation toolkit, including contextual settings in the left and right side panels for selected elements.
- Initiated the company’s design system and established the foundation of its first reusable components.
- Led the company rebranding, including a new naming strategy, logo, visual identity, digital and physical brand assets, and the design of the company’s new office space.
- Expanded the design team by hiring and onboarding new designers.
- Developed the communication design practice across marketing landing pages, promotional campaign banners, and email communications.
- VirinkCreative Director (2015 – 2018)Experience:Virink — is the most popular and fastest growing social network CG in Eastern Europe, Russia and other CIS countries. Permanent monthly audience of the site is more than 100 thousand people, and the number of pages viewed — 3 million.
Virink was a collaborative startup where I played a key role in shaping the product and its growth. I helped establish partnerships with companies, publishers, and industry organizations including Wacom, Huion, MIF, CG EVENT, and Artillery, among others. I was responsible for the external development of the social network, including product updates, people management, and coordination of volunteers.
